- Contact details: first and last name, phone number and email address.
- Details about what you are looking for: whether you want to buy, sell, invest, rent or relocate; preferred area, budget, timeline, financing or pre-approval status, property type, the address of a property you want to sell, and any comments you write.
- Communications: the content of calls, text messages (SMS), WhatsApp messages and emails we exchange with you.
Information from Meta lead ad forms (Facebook and Instagram)
If you complete a lead form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, Meta Platforms sends us the answers you gave in that form together with ad details (campaign, ad set, ad, form, platform and date). Meta's own use of your information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the page that referred you, and campaign parameters (for example, UTM tags). See the cookies section.

- We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in these cases:
- Our brokerage, Layer 7 Group, as required for the supervision of real estate activity.
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: web hosting, security and bot protection (Cloudflare), email, our CRM, messaging, and AI-assisted writing tools. They only receive what they need to provide their service.
- Advertising platforms, such as Meta, when you contact us through their ads or to measure the performance of our campaigns.
- Professionals involved in your transaction, such as lenders, title companies, inspectors, attorneys or other agents, only when needed for the transaction you asked us to handle or with your permission.
- Legal obligations: when required by law or court order, or to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to work securely, such as those set by Cloudflare and its Turnstile anti-spam check. We may also use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) to understand how the site is used and to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may not work properly without them.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information while we have an active relationship with you and for as long as needed to follow up, meet legal, tax and real estate record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

We protect your information with reasonable measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-restricted access to our client system, and providers with security controls. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights

9. How to request deletion of your data
If you want us to delete your personal information, including information we received through Facebook or Instagram lead forms:

- We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
We may keep the minimum information the law requires us to retain (for example, records of a closed real estate transaction) and a note that you do not wish to be contacted, so we can honor your request.
10. Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites and services (for example Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or property portals). We do not control their privacy practices; we encourage you to review their policies.

We operate in Florida, United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
